The ZYB-type hard tooth surface residue oil pump uses self-sealing lubrication and an automatic clearance adjustment structure. Its main components are made of highly wear-resistant materials. Compact, self-priming, efficient, and adaptable, it lasts 3-5 times longer than ordinary gear pumps when handling impurity-laden liquids. Designed for interchangeability with KCB series pumps, it has identical dimensions and parameters. Ideal for lubricating, impurity-free media, it offers extended service life and stable pressure.

Scope
The ZYB-type hard tooth surface residue oil pump is suitable for conveying various media with poor lubricity, a temperature not exceeding 200°C, and a viscosity greater than 1500 cSt. It is particularly adaptable to media containing fine particles, such as residue oil, coal tar, floor oil, foam raw materials, and edible oils with additives for pressurization.
This pump is especially suitable for applications requiring stable working pressure and long-term continuous operation, such as lubrication systems and fuel and injection in fuel combustion systems.
Not suitable for corrosive media, those containing metallic impurities, sand or stone particles larger than 3 mm, or highly volatile, low-flash-point substances (e.g., gasoline, benzene).
