The KCB gear oil pump, a widely used positive displacement pump, is crucial in industrial applications. Constructed from high-quality cast iron, its key components include the pump body, gears, and shafts, ensuring durability under complex conditions. Driven by a motor, the intermeshing gears create suction and pressure within the pump cavity to transport oil.

Suitable for non-corrosive, particle-free oils (≤80°C) like lubricants and diesel, it features a compact design, stable operation, and consistent flow/pressure. Widely adopted in petrochemical, machinery, and marine sectors, it efficiently supports oil supply and circulation systems.

Features

The KCB gear oil pump has a compact, space-saving design with uniform inlet/outlet diameters for easy piping. Heat-treated gears in replaceable sleeves ensure durability. Internal oil grooves reduce torque, bearing wear, and improve efficiency. An adjustable safety valve provides overload protection.
