The YCB series circular arc gear pumps are mainly composed of gears, shafts, pump bodies, pump covers, bearing sleeves, shaft end seals, etc. The gears are manufactured with a double-circular-arc sine curve tooth profile. Compared with involute gears, there is no relative sliding between the tooth profiles during the gear meshing process. Therefore, there is no wear on the tooth surfaces, smooth operation, no trapped liquid phenomenon, low noise, long service life, and high efficiency.

Features

During operation, the pump eliminates oil trapping, ensuring smooth performance and significantly reducing noise for a quiet working environment. The internal oil drain and return grooves are designed to minimize torque on gears and reduce bearing loads, thereby decreasing wear and enhancing pump efficiency. Additionally, a built-in safety valve provides overload protection and can be adjusted within specified limits to meet practical requirements. The shaft end seal is available in both mechanical and packing seal configurations, offering flexibility for various applications.
