The IHR chemical heat-insulated pump is a single-stage single-suction (axial suction) cantilever centrifugal pump, derived from the IH chemical centrifugal pump. It is designed to transport corrosive liquids with water-like viscosity and no solid particles. Featuring a wide performance range, high efficiency, high reliability, and easy maintenance, its efficiency is 5% higher on average than F-type pumps.

Features

The IHR chemical heat-insulated pump is designed for transporting constant-temperature chemical media. With a metal framework for strength, its corrosion-resistant flow components suit harsh chemical environments. A heat-insulating jacket allows steam/hot water heating to stabilize media temperature, preventing crystallization, solidification, or chemical reaction interference from temperature changes.

Scope

1.Chemical media prone to solidification or crystallization at room temperature, and media requiring cooling due to low vaporization points.

2.Media in alpine/high-altitude regions with temperatures ranging from -80°C to +250°C: Corrosive liquids with high solidification (or crystallization) points.

3.For media below 150°C (clear water or liquids with water-like physical/chemical properties), heat preservation can be achieved by connecting pipes to input steam or liquids at appropriate temperatures, enabling transportation of easily crystallizable media.
