The FSB fluoroplastic alloy centrifugal pump, designed to international standards, features a metal casing lined with F46. The cover, impeller, and shaft sleeve are integrally molded with fluoroplastic over metal inserts. Its external bellows seal uses a 99% alumina ceramic/silicon nitride stationary ring and PTFE-filled rotating ring for corrosion/wear resistance.
Ideal for harsh conditions, it handles sulfuric, hydrochloric, acetic, hydrofluoric, nitric acids, aqua regia, strong alkalis, oxidants, solvents, and reducing agents at any concentration—among the most corrosion-resistant pumps available.

Features
FSB and FSB-D Fluoroplastic Alloy Centrifugal Pumps
All flow-through components of FSB and FSB-D pumps are made of fluoroplastic alloy, featuring compact structure, simple operation, and low cost. Pump casings, impellers, and mechanical seals of both models are interchangeable.
Pump Body:
Molded from plastic alloy with embedded steel flange rings on both left and right connection parts.
Rear Cover:
Molded from plastic alloy with an embedded stainless steel plate on the right side.
Impeller:
Adopts a shaft coupling design where the metal shaft (precision-machined high-quality steel) is encapsulated in molded plastic alloy, ensuring a solid bond between the impeller and shaft. This design allows the shaft root and impeller rear to withstand rotational torque while keeping wetted parts entirely plastic alloy.
Mechanical Seal:
Utilizes WB2/ST-type adjustable face seal technology (no cooling water required), constructed from silicon carbide, high-purity alumina ceramic, PTFE-filled materials, and graphite.
