The DZ-T plunger metering pump is specially designed for high-precision fluid transportation. The precise plunger combined with a stable drive system ensures accurate flow output. It has excellent pressure resistance and can operate stably under different working conditions. Easy to operate and maintain, it can efficiently complete the precise metering and transportation of liquids in many industries such as chemical, energy, environmental protection and so on.

Features

1.It has a wide range of discharge pressures and is suitable for being made into high-pressure pumps.

2.It can transport high-viscosity media, but is not recommended for transporting corrosive slurries and hazardous chemicals.

3.The shaft seal is a packing seal, which has leakage. The pre-tightening force of the packing needs to be adjusted periodically, and the packing and plunger are a pair of vulnerable parts.

4.It has a simple structure, convenient maintenance, and good cost performance.

5.The flow can be adjusted by adjusting the stroke length. Equipped with a frequency conversion motor and frequency converter to change the motor frequency for flow control, which can realize remote control.

6.It can be made into various types of insulated pump heads, and can be made into multi-head parallel connections for adding different liquids with different flows and pressures.
