The DJ-Z mechanical drive diaphragm metering pump is a reliable device for industrial fluid transportation. Its mechanical drive ensures stable and reliable power output. The diaphragm design cleverly isolates the medium, preventing leakage and corrosion. With precise flow regulation capability, it efficiently achieves accurate liquid metering and transportation in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, and printing & dyeing.

Features

1.Safe operation with mechanical drive diaphragm.

2.Good sealing performance, simple and safe assembly and maintenance.

3.Capable of conveying high-viscosity media, corrosive liquids, and hazardous chemicals.

4.Flow regulation can be achieved by adjusting stroke length and motor frequency (requires a frequency conversion motor).

5.Diaphragm features a 5-layer composite structure: PTFE acid/alkali-resistant film, EPDM rubber, 3.0mm SUS304 support core, reinforced nylon fabric, and EPDM rubber coating, enhancing durability.

6.A stainless steel reinforcing plate is added behind the diaphragm to improve its service life.
