Features
This series features mechanical diaphragm metering pumps driven by motor via worm gear, suitable for low-pressure fluid metering.
Using a flexible diaphragm instead of a piston, it reciprocates to change chamber volume, sucking/discharging liquid via inlet/outlet valves.
Flow is steplessly adjustable (0-99.9%) for process needs, delivering non-solid corrosive/non-corrosive liquids. Pump heads offer wetted materials: PPH, PTFE, PVC, PVDF, RPP, SS304, 316, 316L.
The diaphragm fully isolates liquid from the drive mechanism. With high-tech design and new PTFE-rubber composite diaphragms, it ensures strong corrosion resistance and longer diaphragm life.
