The mechanical diaphragm metering pump drives a flexible diaphragm via a motor-worm gear to change chamber volume for continuous liquid transfer, belonging to positive displacement pumps. Flow is steplessly adjustable (0-100%) for quantitative delivery of non-solid corrosive/non-corrosive liquids.

It isolates liquid from the drive mechanism with a diaphragm, using static seals only.

Compared to plunger/hydraulic diaphragm types, it has lower volumetric efficiency, max 1.0MPa outlet pressure, narrower flow range, and lower accuracy—flow may drop by 10% with increasing pressure.

Features

1.Safe operation with mechanically driven diaphragm.

4.Flow regulation via stroke length adjustment and motor frequency (requires variable frequency motor).

5.Diaphragm features 5-layer composite: PTFE acid/alkali film, EPDM rubber, 3.0mm SUS304 core, reinforced nylon, EPDM coating for extended life.

6.Stainless steel reinforcing plate added behind the diaphragm to further enhance its durability.
