SK type water-ring vacuum pump is used for suction or pressure conveying of air and other gases that are non-corrosive, insoluble in water and free of solid particles, so as to form vacuum and pressure in closed containers and meet the requirements of technological processes. The inhaled or pressure-conveyed gases are allowed to be mixed with a small amount of liquid.

Features

1.SK water-ring vacuum pump has a compact design and easy maintenance, able to pump gases with water vapor, flammable/explosive gases, and those with small dust or liquid content.

2.Operation generates heat that warms the water ring, with some water discharged alongside gas. Thus, continuous water supply is needed to cool and replenish the pump.

3.Mechanical seal can be adopted, installed in the stuffing chamber with the stuffing omitted. The stuffing gland is replaced by a mechanical seal gland, while other structures remain the same as those with stuffing seal.

4.A disk is installed on the end cover, which is provided with suction and exhaust holes and a rubber ball valve.
