SKA (2BV) series water-ring vacuum pumps are suitable for pumping gases and water vapor. The suction pressure can reach 22 mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). When the vacuum pump works under the suction pressure lower than 80 mbar for a long time, a cavitation protection pipe should be connected to protect the pump. As a compressor, its maximum pressure is 0.26 mbar (absolute pressure).
