The stepless speed-regulating screw pump is an extended model of the G-series single-screw pump, which replaces the standard G-series single-screw pump with a stepless speed-regulating motor. It features high speed regulation accuracy, wide speed range, continuous and stable operation, low noise, large torque, and stepless flow adjustment. However, it requires manual speed adjustment with low automation. Speed regulation must be done while running, and the handwheel should not be turned when stopped. It is not suitable for overload or blockage-prone applications.

Application

1.Transporting high-viscosity media;

2.Transporting media containing solid particles or fibers;

3.Providing continuous output with stable pressure, free from periodic pressure fluctuations;

4.Being applicable to working conditions requiring minimal agitation and no damage to materials.

Features

1.Unlike centrifugal pumps, stepless speed-regulating screw pumps need no valves and offer stable linear flow.

2.Versus pneumatic diaphragm pumps, they handle mixed media with gases, solids/fibers, and corrosives.

3.Compared to gear pumps, they convey high-viscosity materials.

4.Unlike piston/diaphragm/gear pumps, they suit pharmaceutical filling and metering.
