The G-type single-screw pump, a positive displacement rotary pump, uses an eccentric rotor and fixed stator to form sealed chambers for axial, low-turbulence flow. Each stage outputs 0.6 MPa (60m head), handling temperatures up to 80°C (150°C special). Elastic stators enable transport of high-viscosity or particle-laden media. Flow is proportional to speed, with variable transmission options. Compact design ensures easy maintenance.

Structure

1.G-type single-screw pump components: suction chamber, discharge chamber, rotor, stator, drive unit, universal joint, seals, bearing housing.

2.Working section: eccentric rotor & stator form 2 contact points per cross-section, creating sealed chambers. Rotation moves media smoothly with minimal pressure pulse, no structural damage.

3.Rotor's planetary motion requires universal joints on intermediate shaft for constant angular velocity.

4.Supports packing seals, single/double mechanical seals; standardized housing allows seal type interchangeability.

1.Unlike centrifugal pumps, screw pumps need no valves and offer steadier flow.
