In recent years, due to the breakthrough progress in diaphragm materials, an increasing number of industrialized countries internationally have adopted this type of pump - the DBY electric diaphragm pump - to replace part of centrifugal pumps and screw pumps, applying it in industries such as petrochemical, ceramics, and metallurgy. The electric diaphragm pump products are suitable for low-pressure occasions, that is, the outlet pressure ≤ 3 kgf/cm².

Features
1.No need to prime with water, self-priming capacity reaches over 7 meters.
2.Excellent passing performance: particles below 10mm in diameter, slurry, etc., can pass through effortlessly.
3.The diaphragm separates the conveyed medium from transmission components, ensuring zero leakage. Without a shaft seal, the pump boasts an extended service life. Diaphragm materials include neoprene, fluororubber, nitrile rubber, etc., to meet diverse user needs.
4.Pump body wetted parts are available in cast iron, stainless steel or rubber lining per user requirements. Motors come in ordinary and explosion-proof (B3d) types.
