The intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter works on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. Composed of sensor and converter, it measures volume flow of conductive liquids and liquid-solid two-phase fluids. With high accuracy, it's unaffected by fluid parameter changes. The measuring tube has no flow obstructions or moving parts, ensuring low pressure loss and long service life. It allows horizontal/vertical installation, widely applied in chemical, environmental, metallurgical and other fields.

1.Signal electrodes with thorough electrostatic shielding prevent coil interference on small signals, ensuring low-flow measurement accuracy.
2.Coil isolation maintains long-term insulation, guaranteeing sustained measurement precision.
3.All sensor welding uses argon arc welding for reliability (critical in production), especially post-coil installation to avoid damage.
4.Grounding electrode structure forms a balanced plane, restricting velocity measurement within it to eliminate electrical noise.
5.Uses customized double-layer shielded cables.
6.Programmable low-frequency rectangular excitation enhances stability with low power loss.
7.High-frequency excitation for special media (e.g., slurries) eliminates clutter interference.
