The 2BE water-ring vacuum pump has a simple compact structure for stable reliable operation. The impeller rotates in the pump chamber to form a water ring, achieving gas suction, compression and discharge via volume changes between the water ring and impeller blades. With excellent pumping performance under various conditions, it's widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food industries for vacuum suction, distillation, filtration, providing stable vacuum for efficient production.

Features
1.The pulley (belt drive) adopts standard high-precision taper sleeve pulleys, featuring reliable operation, long belt service life, and easy disassembly.
2.The coupling (direct drive) uses standard high-strength elastic couplings, ensuring stable operation and long service life.
3.The unique overhead gas-water separator saves space and effectively reduces noise.
4.Mechanical seals (optional) all use standard components, fully ensuring no leakage during long-term operation of 2BE series vacuum pumps.

Application
1.The pump allows long-term continuous operation at ambient temperatures of 5～40℃ and inlet pressures below 1330Pa.
2.Unsuitable for:
① Gases with excessive oxygen, toxicity, explosiveness, corrosiveness to metals, or chemical reactivity with pump oil.
② Gases containing particulate dust.
③ Gas transportation between containers (not for use as a transfer pump).
3.Continuous operation at inlet pressures from atmospheric to 6000Pa should not exceed 3 minutes to avoid pump damage from oil spraying or poor lubrication.
4.All bearings are imported-grade, ensuring precise impeller positioning and high stability during operation for 2BE1 vacuum pumps.
